#1. About Rekaply

Rekaply helps coaches, tutors and teachers organize lessons and prepare written recaps from voice notes. These terms apply to the app and related services operated by Le Solutions. Read them together with our Privacy Policy.

By using Rekaply, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

#2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Use your own authorized sign-in account, protect your device and account access, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Students and parents do not become account holders just because an instructor adds their details. Do not allow a child to use your instructor account.

#3. Your records and recordings

You keep your rights in the records and content you provide. You give Le Solutions and the necessary service providers permission to store, transmit, transcribe and process that content to provide, protect and support Rekaply as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not give us permission to publicly advertise with student records or sell their content.

You are responsible for having the authority and permissions needed to enter personal information and record voice notes. Tell people when you are recording and obtain permission where required. Keep recordings to your instructional notes and avoid capturing other people's voices unnecessarily.

#4. Check every AI draft

Speech recognition and AI can make mistakes with names, numbers, tone or meaning. Read and correct each recap, and check the intended student and recipient before sharing it. You are responsible for the feedback you choose to communicate.

Rekaply supports your work; it does not replace your professional judgment or provide medical, legal or safeguarding advice.

#5. Acceptable use

  • Use Rekaply only for lawful instructional work and information you are authorized to handle.
  • Do not impersonate others, access another instructor's records, send spam or harass students or families.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
  • Do not bypass safety controls or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use the app to make automated decisions about a student's eligibility, health or safety.

#6. Recaps and messaging

Saving a recap is not proof that anyone has received it. The current instructor app does not have connected SMS delivery. Do not rely on Rekaply for emergencies or urgent communication.

If parent messaging becomes available, required consent must be confirmed before a recap is sent, and opt-outs must be honored. Adding a parent's number is not itself confirmed permission to send evaluative commentary. A messaging program must provide its applicable consent and delivery disclosures before use.

#7. Fees and third-party services

Any paid feature must show its price, billing period, renewal and cancellation conditions before purchase. Purchases, if offered, are also subject to applicable app-store or payment-provider terms and mandatory refund rights.

Some features require internet access and outside authentication, hosting, speech or AI services. These services may be unavailable or delayed. Features and supported systems may change. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law.

#8. Ending use and data requests

You may stop using Rekaply at any time. Use the Delete account or data form or email info@rekaply.com to request account closure or deletion. The form prepares an email that you must send to complete your request. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete cloud records; hiding a recap does not erase its transcript. The Privacy Policy explains these distinctions.

We may restrict access to protect people, investigate misuse or enforce these terms, subject to applicable law. Required consent, security and permanent opt-out records may need to be retained with access restricted.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. Do not rely on an incomplete cloud backup as your only record of important work.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Your mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply. Le Solutions operates Rekaply from California, United States.

#10. Changes and contact

We will date updates to these terms and provide additional notices where required. If a provision is found invalid, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
